General terms and conditions

1. Scope

These general terms and conditions apply to all legal transactions concluded via the online shops of Ducos GmbH. Deliveries are made exclusively on the basis of these terms. By confirming your order, you accept these terms. The currently valid version applies. Ducos GmbH reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The version valid at the time of ordering shall apply. Any conflicting customer terms are not recognized unless expressly confirmed in writing by Ducos GmbH.

2. Offer and conclusion of contract

The product presentation in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. All deliveries are subject to availability.

By clicking the "Order" button, the customer submits a binding order for the products listed in the cart. By placing the order, you accept these terms. The online shop confirms receipt of the order. Orders become binding for the online shop only after written order confirmation. If, after order confirmation, delivery is not possible or a pricing error occurred, the order will be canceled and you will be informed by email. If payment has already been made, it will be refunded immediately.

3. Delivery conditions

Deliveries are made exclusively to addresses in Switzerland and to end consumers in customary household quantities. Orders in non-customary quantities may be rejected without stating reasons.

All information regarding availability and delivery times is non-binding and may change at any time.

4. Prices

All prices include VAT. Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.

5. Payment

Various payment methods are available in the online shop. Payments are made exclusively in Swiss francs. Depending on your chosen method, payment data is transmitted to the corresponding payment provider. The financial service provider is responsible for your payment data.

6. Retention of title

Ordered products remain the property of Ducos GmbH until full payment has been received.

7. Returns

You have the right to return goods within 14 days of delivery. A 100% refund is only possible if the goods arrive undamaged, unopened, and in original packaging. Please use the Returns form.

8. Limitation of liability

Claims for damages are excluded unless intent or gross negligence is proven. In particular, Ducos GmbH is not liable for slight negligence, unrealized savings, damages caused by delivery delays, or consequential damages resulting from product use.

9. Copyright notice

The content of the online shop is protected by copyright, including images, graphics, text, music, logos, and videos. Any use without prior written consent from Ducos GmbH is prohibited.

10. Privacy

By completing the order, you agree to our Data protection.

11. Place of jurisdiction

The legal relationship is governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich 1.
